
Ladislav Frűhauf spearheads a think tank, serves as a consultant and coach, and passionately advocates for transformative initiatives within the public sector.
His career started at The Boston Consulting Group, where served local and international clients in various sectors, including government organizations and NGOs.
In 2018, Ladislav co-founded České Priority. This non-profit think tank promotes good governance, evidence-based policymaking, and initiatives to strengthen science-for-policy ecosystems. With a core team of more than 15 professionals and a network of external experts, České Priority tackles diverse projects, from comprehensive policy evaluations to developing analytical frameworks for government use and multinational research projects. Its partners include the Office of the Government, ministries, public administration institutions, and various NGOs. Furthermore, České Priority collaborates with think tanks, research institutions, universities, international institutions, and research networks. In addition to “core projects,” it regularly hosts training and knowledge-sharing events and gatherings for public servants.
Ladislav also serves as an expert in EU projects related to good governance and science-for-policy topics. He advises several governmental institutions, participates in global pro-bono movements, and acts as a trainer and coach.
